I reside on a picturesque 40-acre farm nestled in the serene rural landscapes of Washington, on the ancestral grounds of the Yakama people, along with my loving partner and three wonderful children. Our days are filled with the vibrant rhythm of life as we tend to our livestock and cultivate the land, nurturing it to yield nourishment and medicinal wonders.
Amidst the bustling activities of our farm life, a significant portion of the healing plants I utilize in my remedies is either meticulously cultivated by us or respectfully harvested from the abundant wilderness that surrounds us.
My journey into holistic healing through nutrition began as a personal odyssey, long before my formal education. It commenced with the birth of my eldest, diagnosed with asthma, compelling me to explore alternatives to immediate steroid intervention. Subsequently, I delved into understanding how nutrition could alleviate ADHD symptoms, steering clear of conventional medication. Then, my middle child's diagnosis of celiac disease propelled me into a profound exploration of nutrition, adding yet another layer to my expertise. When I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's after the birth of my third child, grappling with unexplained weight gain and the challenges of autoimmune disorders became my reality.
Throughout these challenges, I navigated the medical maze, collaborating with doctors who, despite their best efforts, reached a point where their resources seemed exhausted. Determined not to accept a sense of brokenness, I turned to education as my guiding light, seeking healing for myself.
I proudly hold a Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition and boast credentials as a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist, a Certified Nutrition Practitioner, and a Certified Dietary Supplement Professional™. With nice years of experience as a dedicated nutrition coach and tarot reader I've honed my skills in the art of listening keenly, capturing nuances that others might overlook.
In my profound belief, no one is inherently broken; rather, we all require someone with a discerning ear, capable of grasping the subtleties that elude the casual observer. I have some experience with how powerful Mandy’s medicine is, so I decided to schedule a reading. During the reading, she picked up on some major hidden themes in my life and managed to clear some attachments that were actually manifesting as back pain. As soon as she performed the energy clearing the back pain stopped and hasn’t been back since. It was so wild! She also taught me some valuable skills for protecting myself from the energies of others. As an Empath I find I’m constantly fluctuating between my feelings and the feelings of others. Stop reading this review and go buy Calm Sleep!!! If you are still here for some reason, this stuff is a lifesaver! I was waking up every night from 3-5 and could not get back to sleep. Taking this before bed helped me sleep through the night and if I would wake up, I would take a little more and be out. I never felt drowsy during the day. I also felt more calm and content during bedtime reading time with my toddler when taking this before. Love it!

I am over the moon with this skin cream! The moment I opened the package I could smell it was going to be amazing! I love all the natural goodness! I use it on my dry cracked hands at night and it feels wonderful.
And Tangled Fox Tarot was great and answered some questions I had about the cream. Originally wanted to buy it for my baby who has ecezma, she suggested getting the sensitive skin cream. I rub it on her at night before PJs and I can already tell a difference.
I also received two of her other creams that smell and feel amazing! The healing resin and the black drawing salve. I look forward to putting them to the test!
